Mediterranean roots, contemporary technique, an evolving vision
At the helm of the kitchen is Ciro Accardo, a thoughtful interpreter of the territory and a guardian of tradition, renewed through technique and creativity.
Born in Torre del Greco in 1991, he brings to his cuisine the authentic essence of the Mediterranean: local ingredients, sea aromas, citrus notes, and a technique developed between the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Switzerland.
After experience in high-end restaurants and hotels in Italy and Switzerland, in 2025 he became Executive Chef of Ristorante Gli Ulivi.
His cuisine blends contemporary elegance, Campanian identity and deep respect for ingredients, creating dishes that tell the story of the coast with sensitivity and precision.
His philosophy is simple and refined:
respect the ingredient, honour the season, transform flavour into emotion.
The Berry Bar represents the most relaxed and luminous side of the palace.
Overlooking the pool and surrounded by lemon trees and Mediterranean stillness, it is the ideal place for an elegant drink at sunset.

The small vineyard in the Olive Garden completes the experience, offering a walk among the vines and a unique view over the valley.
